We hire only responsible and trustworthy staff members after our extensive background check process.  We supervise the hiring and training process including induction of your company practices to ensure workplace confidentiality is implemented.  All employees are required to sign a employee engagement contract where your individual requirements are outlined.

What about business intellectual property and breaches in confidentiality?

All offshore staff are hired after our extensive background check process and FRS demands high levels of integrity from all staff members.  FRS staff are inducted and required to sign confidentiality agreements.  Staff are also monitored by supervisors to ensure your information is not at risk.

What would happen in the event of natural disaster or political situation?

FRS Business solutions has a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which would return access to business functions within hours. 

What if my offshore staff member Resigns?

FRS maintains a high level of staff retention.  If a member of our staff were to resign FRS assumes full responsibility.  Once you have chosen a suitable replacement FRS will re-induct and retrain your new staff at no additional cost.

Will they be working in different times zones?

No. Staff will work according to the business hours you require.  Below is the time differences to each major city of Australia.

Will there be too big of a cultural divide between you and your staff?

Not at all - Thai and Australian (Western) cultural norms and ideals are very similar.  Over the past decades, there has been a significant increase in the presence of western culture within Thailand.  We also acclimate our staff to unique Australian customs and vocabulary to ensure cultural compatibility with our staff and clients.  Thai people have a strong work ethic and will work diligently to deliver to your requirements.

We encourage our clients to visit our facility in Bangkok and meet their staff in person.  It is also not uncommon for our clients to invite their Thai staff to visit the Australian operation to learn company practices, reduce any cultural divides that may exist and promote good will.    

Will I lose Operational control when staff are offshore?

No - FRS staff are assigned to your business permanently.  You are in full control of the workplace and are free to coordinate them as you require.  Your staff are available at any time via video-conferencing (Skype), email, phone and instant messaging.  Furthermore we can offer office options where your company branding can be fully displayed.  

Additionally your staff will report to an operations supervisor to ensure tasks are being completed as required.  Weekly activity reports will be sent to you for review.   This ensures that daily operations of your business run smoothly and to plan.

Are my staff available on Thailand public holidays?

Your Thai staff work when you need them and will not observe Thai public holidays if necessary.
